Citrus Salad

Blood Orange
Ruby Red Grapefruit
Pomelo
Tangerine
Cara Cara
Sunkist Orange
Additional Ingredients:
Feta (I love to use Bulgarian feta!)
Pistachios
Avocado
White balsamic dressing
Other Ideas:
-The white balsamic dressing can be alternated with EVOO + Lemon Juice
-Oro Blanco Grapefruit is harder to find, but it would look wonderful with the hombre colors!
-Quick pickled red onions
-Kumquats
