This is the Bánh for Mí! I had the best time learning from my talented friend, Chef Michael Aguilar, the steps on creating my favorite sandwich from scratch! This Vietnamese sandwich is a fusion of all things wonderful. Crispy baguette and crispy pork, check. Country pâté, absolute check. Roasted spicy mayo, damn right that’s a check. Pickled carrots and cucumbers, check check.
